찰스 제프리 러버보이가 26 S/S 컬렉션을 공개했습니다. 

이번 6월 런던 남성 패션 위크가 열리지 않는 상황에서 찰스 제프리는 마틴 로즈에 이어 전통적인 패션 위크 틀을 벗어난 특별한 경험을 선사했습니다. 

스코틀랜드 출신 디자이너인 그는 <Prepared Piano>라는 제목 아래 피아노 안에 다양한 사물을 넣어 새로운 소리를 만들어내는 노 웨이브 기법에서 영감을 받았습니다. 그리고 그 무대는 바로 Abbey Road Studios였습니다. 모델들은 사운드스케이프와 스튜디오 공간을 자유롭게 이동하며 퍼포먼스, 패션, 그리고 사운드 실험의 경계를 흐릿하게 만들었습니다.

찰스 제프리는 “런던 남성 패션 위크가 끝난 것이 조금 아쉽지만 그래도 런던에 깊이 뿌리내린 무언가를 보여주고 싶었다”고 말했습니다. 마르니의 크리에이티브 디렉터인 프란체스코 리소(@asliceofbambi), 패션 스타일리스트 제네시스 웹(@genesiswbb) 그리고 패션 평론가 (@ly.as)가 카메오로 등장하며 무대를 더욱 풍성하게 만들었습니다.

Charles Jeffrey LOVERBOY Presents SS26 Collection

With the absence of London Men’s Fashion Week this June, Charles Jeffrey followed in the footsteps of Martine Rose to offer a uniquely immersive experience that broke free from the traditional fashion week format.

The Scottish designer drew inspiration from the No Wave technique of prepared piano—a process where objects are placed inside a piano to create unexpected sounds. His show, titled Prepared Piano, took place at the iconic Abbey Road Studios, blurring the lines between performance, fashion, and sound experimentation. Models moved freely through the studio space, weaving in and out of a curated soundscape.

“I do miss London Men’s Fashion Week a bit, but I still wanted to show something deeply rooted in London,” Jeffrey shared.

Cameo appearances by Marni’s creative director Francesco Risso (@asliceofbambi), fashion stylist Genesis Webb(@genesiswbb), and critic @ly.as added extra texture to the event.

More than just a visual spectacle, this project offered a full 360-degree experience of the LOVERBOY universe.
